Hey I’m Andrew!
My name is Andrew Thompson and I’m a wedding + elopement photographer and filmmaker from the Cincinnati, Ohio area. (but I will travel anywhere!) Some of the things I love are the great outdoors, making the perfect cup of coffee, going on a road trip, and of course capturing your wedding.
Whether I’m the photographer or videographer for your special day, I want to tell your personal love story. That moment when you take a look back at your wedding photos years from now and feel the emotion you felt on that day. That is what I want to do for you. Giving you photographs and a wedding film that make you say, “this is totally us.”
Being married, I know that planning a wedding can sometimes be a lot. I want to be your number one supporter through it all. Capturing your wedding is only half of my job. You’ll have someone who is fun, relaxed, and professional. I don’t want to be just another vendor you hire for your wedding. I want to be your friend.

Meet the fam
Marriage is an absolutely beautiful thing. Getting married in 2020 looked a little different for Tori and I during Covid. There would be no guests, only our parents. The decorations were very minimal. Lastly, we decided to Facebook live stream it so all of our friends could see. When it came down to it, the only thing that mattered to us is that we had each other. We’ll look back 50 years from now and think “Wasn’t that a crazy time.” But you know what? I wouldn’t trade it for the world because that was our story. We met at Ohio University as undergrads. (go Bobcats!) She’s often my second shooter so you’ll be familiar with her too. She says hello! She actually dm’d me first on Instagram asking for a book of all my landscape photos. Smooth! Next thing you know she had me down on a knee asking to marry her. Now you’ll find Tori and I traveling all over together, exploring different coffee shops, and hanging out with our Golden Retriever Sequoia and cat Monty. You might find us binging the Bachelorette or Love is Blind so definitely talk to us about all the drama.
